The Tandem Group has marketing access to indentify potential OEM customers for your Engineered Plastic components. We utilize sophisticated technology to review computer data bases and resource files to find likely prospects.
In addition, our Sales Representatives maintain ongoing relationships with major Distributors and OEM's in our market services region, staying on the cutting edge of new projects and personnel within these companies.
Once a lead is identified either by The Tandem Group or in response to your advertising, trade show or other marketing efforts. At that point, our group pre-qualifies the prospect before one of our Sales Representatives meets with the prospective customer. |

Reports
Communication with our Suppliers is the most critical ingredient for a successful relationship. After every sales call, each Sales Representative enters the information into our "real time" database, "Win Rep". This system follows up all the leads that are qualified and communicates the highlights of our activities on a monthly basis. |

Management
The Tandem Group has developed a Project Management System with WinRep to track all new opportunities and integrate your expertise and resources into each step of the selling process. A written report that includes; the start date,; quote follow up; sample status and expected close date. This will also include the anticipated dollar value and analysis to the most recent negotiations is regularly updated and presented for your review and input. |
